CHANGES are upon us. . .

“All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.”      ~Anatole France

I know the energy of change is resonating deeply with all of us.  This entire Cowabunga Community is going through great shifts and changes; internally & externally.  Though change is a GOOD THING, it can often be a challenging thing.  Letting go isn’t always easy.  Leaving behind the old and surrendering to the unknown can be a challenging journey;  But it’s the journey WE signed up for when we came to this beautiful planet.

Looking back at the last five years of life, as the next wave of changes occurs in my Life, I have nothing but gratitude and amazement for what has unfolded.  I could not have DREAMED this story up and the way it has unfolded.  I could not have asked for more incredible people to bless my life.  And I can’t imagine now, what is to come in the future.  What I have learned over the years is that change is inevitable … it IS going to happen, whether we like it or not;  It’s a part of OUR evolution and it’s a part of Life.  We can’t stop it, so we might as well embrace it and say thank you for the NEW ADVENTURES it brings our way.  Surrendering to Life’s highest good is the greatest plan One can make.

Tomorrow (May 3rd) is a HUGE day of personal change in my life.  A part of me feels as though I am powerfully standing on the top of a mountain like a warrior or explorer would, overlooking the new horizon in front of me at the Infinite Possibilities … and then the other part of me feels nervous and somewhat scared.  I am grateful for the butterflies I have in my stomach because they remind me of my humanity and signal that growth that is happening now.

All in the span of the next 24-hours WE are launching our brand new Cowabunga Life website with ALL the new products that I have spent many hours & lessons developing.  WE are moving our Monday Cowabunga Meditations into a bigger, more beautiful space at Moksha yoga.  And I am starting a new job at Highland Pacific Golf Club a few days a week … this is the first employer I will have worked for in about four years, so it’s going to be a beautiful curve (with many surprises I’m sure).  The free golf, which was my original reason for coming out west will be Awesome & the GUARANTEED income will be lovely in order to support my dreams!

I want YOU to know that I am Most grateful for you;  the Cowabunga Community, members of CIL, friends, clients, partners, media and supporters.  It is because of you, your compassion, love, generosity, and unconditional support that I have been able to get to this NEW POINT in my Life.  So thank you.  I have come to realize the power of circulation, giving & receiving, selfless service, divine timing and inner evolution.
It’s challenging to sum up my feelings in this moment, so I will just say thank you and invite you to take these next steps with me; with Us on this journey of Life.  May we all move through these inevitable changes and transitions with grace, honor, and gratitude.

I hope YOU will join us tomorrow night to christen our NEW space at Moksha Yoga.  It would mean a GREAT DEAL to me to have as many of you from the Cowabunga Community at tomorrow nights meditation as possible.  Your support gives me wings and I hope I can do the same for you!

Thank you for blessing my life.
