Why did I create this workshop?

To me, meditation has been the main catalyst game-changer in my life that has helped me to wake up faster, move through my challenges with more grace and awareness and plain and simple, HAVE MORE FUN!

I observe and am friends with so many gifted people who are running circles in their lives because

A) they’re ungrounded, stuck in old patterns that don’t serve and they’re floating through life totally ‘out of their bodies,’

OR

B) they are disconnected from their intuitions, which stops them from moving forward in the highest and best ways,

OR

C) they experience crazy energy dips because they don’t have a regular, self-restorative practice.

My intention is to guide you through a process where you will embody some of the oldest traditions of meditation’s most simple and powerful techniques to build your own daily practice…..THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!

By the end of the workshop you will see how possible this is and how meditation can be such a fun part of your day, which you actually look forward to.
